Return Policy
At Liberty and Heritage, each item is made to order with care and purpose. Because of this, we don’t offer traditional returns or exchanges for things like size errors, color changes, or a change of heart. We hope to be upfront and honest with our policy to prevent confusion or disappointment—your trust matters to us.
That said, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’re committed to making it right. Please reach out within 15 days of delivery, include a photo of the issue, and we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
A few things to know:

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to resend it once the updated info and shipping costs are confirmed.

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, we recommend checking with your local postal carrier first. They’re often the quickest way to resolve those situations.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
For damaged, misprinted, or defective items
You must submit your claim within 15 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
