To ensure every transaction is secure, customer payments go through a brief processing period before funds are made available to our store. Once payment is cleared, your order is submitted to production with our fulfillment partner, where each item is created from scratch, personally right for you

Here’s how the process works:

1. 🛒 Order Placed: You complete check out securely through our online store.

2. 💳 Payment Processing: Payments are verified and processed-this can take 2-5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. ✅ Funds Released:  Once funds are fully processed and made available to our store, your order is forwarded for production

4. 🧵 Fulfillment Begins: Once in fulfillment, your item is carefully made-to-order within 2 to 7 business days.

5. 📦 Shipping Begins: Your item ships with a tracking number via USPS, FedEx, or UPS
